This policy covers the personal data collected through the Coffee Atlas founding list sign-up on this website. Coffee Atlas is founded and operated by Zyn.
Your email address, when you choose to join the founding list, together with a short label noting which link you signed up through (for example, "Instagram bio" or "TikTok bio"). We don't use tracking cookies or analytics on this page.
To send you occasional updates about the Coffee Atlas launch, early access, and Founding Member news. We only email you because you asked us to, by ticking the consent box before submitting the form. The signup-source label helps us understand which of our own posts and channels are working — it is never used to identify or track you individually beyond that label, and is not shared or sold.
Your email address is held by our email service provider, used solely to manage this mailing list and send the updates described above. It is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed, or until Coffee Atlas launches and the founding list has served its purpose, whichever is sooner. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
